The Stars Insider UK- win an iPhone X competition begins on October 10 at 16.30 and ends on November 10 at 16:30.
The sponsor of this competition is Stars Insider UK. By participating in the competition, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the official rules and decisions of the sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission and processing of entries and the overall administration of the competition. Entrants should look solely to the sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the competition. The sponsor may be reached by email at social@newadventures.pt during the promotion period.
Open to legal residents of UK over the age of 18 years old. The sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter the competition or win a prize. Household members and immediate family members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household members" will be taken to mean people who share the same residence for at least three months a year. "Immediate family members" will be taken to mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This competition is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. The sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in the official rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV (approximate retail value) of the prize represents the sponsor's estimation made in good faith. That estimation is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. The sponsor makes no guarantee or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. The sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
This competition is open to legal residents of UK and the prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the official rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Just register your email and invite your friends to join. Automated or robotic inscriptions made by any person or organization will be disqualified. Online registration must be done by the participant. Any attempt by the participant to achieve a higher number of entries through different / multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other method will void the participant's registrations, which will be disqualified. The final eligibility for delivery of prizes will be subject to verification as set forth below. All entries must be made by the end of the Promotion Period. The time of the organizer's database will be responsible for the timing of the competition.
The winners of the competition will be those with the highest number of points. The player with the most points wins the main prize. In case of a tie, the prize will be given to the participant who will most quickly reach the total points.
After confirming your registration, you will receive a link by email. This link should be sent to your friends so that they also participate in the competition. You will earn 100 points for each friend who signs up through your link. The more friends you sign up with your link, the more points you'll add and the more chances you'll have to win.
Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided in the entry information approximately one week after the end date of the competition. Potential winners must accept the prize by email as directed by the sponsor within one week of notification. The sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), consequent technical difficulties, or the winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by the sponsor.
Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the sponsor posted at
https://uk.starsinsider.com/privacy-policy. By entering the competition, you grant the sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other competition entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfilment, including use in a publicly available winners list.
The sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this competition; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the competition; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the competition or download of any materials in the competition.
If, for any reason, the competition is not able to run as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition in whole or in part. In such an event, the sponsor will immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and the sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in the official rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by the sponsor. The sponsor and released parties will not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the competition.

The minimum email entries will be 20,000. If this number of emails is not obtained within the given period of the competition, the competition will be cancelled.
